Are you curious about embedded systems or looking to sharpen your programming skills while meeting awesome people? Join us for Zig Day, a full-day collaborative coding event led by Matt Knight, a BCIT alumnus and systems engineer, and one of the key contributors to the global Zig community! 🧠 What’s Zig Day? It’s all about learning by doing. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced coder, you’ll spend the day working in small groups to explore Zig, a modern programming language designed for performance, safety, and simplicity — especially in embedded systems. 💡 Why join? – Learn how to code for embedded systems (beginner-friendly!) – Collaborate with peers, hobbyists, and industry professionals – Work on real projects and share your results – Build your network and have fun doing it No prior Zig experience required.
