All IEEE Student Branch Leadership (Branch Chair and Counselors/Advisors) will be invited by IEEE Canada (Region 7 Student Activities Committee Chair).
Who is eligible?
- IEEE Student Branch Chair/ Representative (From Canada Only)
- IEEE Student Branch Counselor/ Advisor (From Canada Only)
Please read the Process to apply:
- As a Student Branch Counselor and Branch Chair, you will reach out to your IEEE Section and take their permission to attend the IEEE CSYP Congress.
- Once Section Chair agreed, do your registration as section will reimburse registration to you.
- Please use the AIR CANADA FLIGHT DISCOUNT CODE: V6XQKU91 or WESTJET FLIGHT DISCOUNT CODE: 6E8A4WO to book the flight after registration (BY 26 July, 2025). IEEE Canada/Region 7 will reimburse your travel (In basic/economy class) upto 500 CAD. This doesn’t include any other items such as refreshment, stationary or any other thing (please don’t consider or submit these items during reimbursement claim).

Limited travel support is available, It will be provided first come first serve basis.
