This Congress is open to all Undergraduate Students, Graduate Students, Early Career Professionals, Post Doc Fellows, and Women in Engineering.

Primary Student Delegates

Reimbursement is available for one primary delegate from each IEEE Student Branch in Canada.  Reimbursement for this primary delegate will be provided in the form of:

• Registration fee:  May be reimbursed from your local IEEE Section.  Please touch base with your section to confirm this before registering.  Contact the IEEE Canada Student Activities Chair (SAC) if you need help connecting with your local section, or have any questions about registration and reimbursement.
• Travel:  Reimbursed by IEEE Canada for qualifying attendees.  Contact IEEE Canada Student Activities Chair (SAC) and admin@ieee.ca for guidelines.
• Accommodation:  Arranged by IEEE Canada.  In order to keep costs low, attendees will be required to share a hotel room.  Contact admin@ieee.ca to notify us of your need for accommodations, and to request a specific roommate, if applicable.

Young Professional and Secondary Student Delegates

IEEE CSYP understands that the costs for attending may be a challenge for individuals to pay out of pocket.  Often it is possible to apply to your school or employer for funding to help offset the cost of registration, travel, and accommodations (where necessary).  To help facilitate this process, we have created template letters for:
