This Congress is open to all Undergraduate Students, Graduate Students, Early Career Professionals, Post Doc Fellows, and Women in Engineering.
- Early Bird Deadline: 21 August, 2026

Reimbursement is available for one delegate from each IEEE Student Branch in Canada. Reimbursement will be provided in the form of:
- Registration fee: Reimbursed from your local IEEE Section. Please touch base with your section to confirm this before registering. Contact the IEEE Canada Student Activities Chair (SAC) if you need help connecting with your local section, or have any questions about registration and reimbursement.
- Travel: Reimbursed by IEEE Canada. Contact admin@ieee.ca for guidelines.
- Accommodation: Arranged by IEEE Canada. In order to keep costs low, attendees will be required to share a hotel room. Contact admin@ieee.ca to notify us of your need for accommodations, and to request a specific roommate, if applicable.
