This Congress is open to all Undergraduate Students, Graduate Students, Early Career Professionals, Post Doc Fellows, Women in Engineering and Professionals.

In addition, the IEEE section delegate other than Student Branch leadership (Branch representative/Chair and Counselor/Advisor) will follow the below registration fee.
