We are a professional organization, affiliated with the IEEE Victoria Section. We are highly committed to supporting women engineers and other professionals working in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) careers in the Victoria community. WiE Victoria strives to inspire, encourage, and empower women in engineering, and to work toward a vibrant, diverse, and inclusive IEEE community of women and men innovating for the world of tomorrow.

We welcome new members (men and women) and encourage them to bring foward new ideas and initiatives that will strengthen our community!
